How does it work?

	We will take the information about your company and the internship that you would like to offer and advertise the details on our website.
	Registered students visitn our website and search for fields they are interested in. If they find an interesting internship, they authorize us to contact the company offering it. In addition, our staff will cross reference your internship offer with the profiles of students we already have in our database.
	When we find a match, we interview the students to review their references and qualifications to ensure their reliability and check their language skills: good to perfect English skills of the applicants are required.
	We will then send you the profiles and applications (Resume, Cover Letter, References...) of qualified students.
	Once you have reviewed the student’s profile, simply notify us whether you would like to hire the candidates.
	If both parties are satisfied after the telephone interview, we then arrange all necessary paperwork (visa, working permit, residence permit, insurance, etc.), search for accommodation on behalf of the intern, and inform you of the arrival details.
